 Sometimes our body pain is common.  If the work load increases on the body, then it hurts.  According to Dr. KM Nadir of AIIMS, there are many other reasons behind body pain.  Body pain may start suddenly or may also occur slowly.  In most cases, pain goes away on rest, but if this happens again and again, it is important to pay attention to your health.  It can be a sign of many serious diseases. There can be many causes of blood pain including - flu, thyroid disease, obstructed blood flow in the body, stress, vitamin D deficiency.  Sitting in the same place for a long time also hurts the body.  This problem is common among those who do weight lifting or incorrect weight lifting.  Body pain occurs even when we do something which we are not used to.  Too much body stretch in a yoga body, workout or gym causes body pain.

 Body pain is cured on its own, but if it does not, then the doctor should be seen.  If body pain is occurring to such an extent that the patient is unable to do his daily work, then the doctor should be seen without delay.  Do not take any medicine without doctor's advice.  Many people try to get relief by taking painkillers, but doing so repeatedly can lead to many disadvantages.  Domestic methods should be tried as far as possible.


 Ways to avoid body pain

 There are many home remedies which can be found to relieve body pain.  In winter, ginger treats many diseases and can also be taken advantage of in body aches.  Ginger juice paste can be applied where there is pain.  Turmeric is also an effective treatment.  Add turmeric to milk and consume it at bedtime, body ache disease will go away forever.  Massaging oil relieves body pain.  Put four to five cloves of garlic in mustard oil and heat it.  Massaging this oil with light hands will relieve body pain.  Increase cherry intake.  This fruit contains potassium and magnesium, which is an effective treatment for joint pain and arthritis.


 Magnesium then acts as a natural painkiller.  Eat bananas.  It contains abundant amount of potassium.  It relieves fatigue and cramps.  Bananas can be included in breakfast daily.  Rock salt is also a tried and tested treatment.  It relieves muscle pain.  Apart from this, cinnamon, red chilli, apple vinegar are also home remedies to relieve body pain.  Warm compress in winter provides relief
